This is a mixed use development of 184 acres spread over hillocks and table lands. This undulating topography of the site gives us a distinctive character to master-plan the project. All the affordable housing buildings are located along the foothills and the commercial and institution users are spread over the slopes. The table-land on top hosts the premium housing schemes and bungalow communities. The master planning is based on the concept of inclusive development and a Live-Learn-Play relationship between the inhabitants and the structures. The topographical analysis of the site helped in developing a viable phasing strategy and distribution of density evenly. This is one of the few modern townships designed around the outskirts of Mumbai city that has a mix of affordable living, commercial zones, shopping & entertainment, hospitals, schools and luxury bungalows. Also it is only 1.5 kms. from the railway station and hence has excellent connectivity.
