This is one of the few Special Economic Zones in the country dedicated to the industry of Gems and Jewellery. The project site winds around the edge of a man-made water reservoir giving all the buildings a breath taking water front view. Conservation and beautifi cation of the water body is also a part of the project design. We have designed 9 high rise towers of 30 fl oors each having a column-free fl oor plate of 12000 sq.ft. at each level. At the mouth of the water body is a grand plaza that connects to the fl oating convention center in the center of the water body. Synchronized musical water fountains are provides along the entire periphery of the reservoir. A vibrant and sleek bridge takes you to the Sapphire tower that is the signature element of this SEZ development. This tower glows like a jewel at night, thus adding the glitter to the Gems & Jewellery park.
