A vacation homes township has been envisioned at this location which will be spread over 500 acres of virgin, unexplored land. Fog and clouds are a jump away. A township with a global civilization theme was adopted as the design basis. Individual clustered developments are designed as per different countrywise themes. The key feature in this project is a grand plaza called Unity Square - that hosts 18 totem poles representing the culture and religion of 18 different civilizations of the world.
