This project is located just 8 kms. away from the plush and elite area of Banjara Hills in Hyderabad. The subject site admeasures about 8.6 acres of land, and has a fl at topography. We had to design 4 signature towers such that all apartments have a panoramic view of the city. Each building is designed with a different skyline. We had to provide a modern and futuristic elevation retaining the local fl avour of the Mughal architecture style. We used typical mughal motifs to accentuate smaller structures like the club house, entrance dome, etc. The projects holds over 450 apartments of 2, 3 and 4 Bhk typologies. It aims at being a LEED certifi ed project under the Indian Green Building Council.
