GVK Housing development is a part of the Perambalur SEZ being planned in state of Tamilnadu as a joint venture between GVK and TIDCO. The total area to be developed was divided into processing zone and non-processing zone which was further categorized into residential, commercial and institutional development. The residential component is termed as GVK housing, and about 56 acres is currently under construction. The design is very minimalistic in nature just providing the bare essentials to live an elite lifestyle. The confi gurations used are 2.5 and 3.5 Bhk apartments, wherein top fl oors have penthouses overlooking a well manicured landscape.
