MMRDA is the apex body for planning and co-ordination of development activities in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. It conceives mega projects in sectors like transport, urban housing, water supply & environment. All this development is envisioned by the “Think Tank Committee” which is comprise of 30 expert citizens of Mumbai from all different sectors. Our director Aditya Vora is one of the key committee members who represents Urban Design forum.
Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation provides civil infrastructure such as land, transport, drainage and electricity. MIDC acquires land parcels from the Land Revenue dept., Collector Quota and other Government bodies for setting-up large industrial hubs and destinations.ADYTUM is associated with MIDC as an expert service provider in fields of Master Planning, Town Planning, Urban Design and Infrastructure &Transport Planning.
Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation - KDMC is vested with several duties delegated to them by the state government under the municipal legislation such as public health, social welfare, regulatory functions, public safety, public infrastructure works, & development activities. ADYTUM is empanelled with KDMC under the JNNURM scheme to redevelop and beautify 8 lakes in the Kalyan & Dombivali region including KalaTalav &Gauripada used for Ganesh immersion.
PMTC is a subsidiary body within the municipal corporation of Pune specially set-up to cater to the cities growing urban transportation requirements. It has planned a mega-project to connect the cities of Pune, Satara & Kolhapur with BRTS - Bus Rapid Transport System. We are proudly associated with PMTC as Urban Designers and are assisting PMTC with public infrastructure designs of bus-stops, urinals and water fountains required along the route.
The Indian Institute of Architects - IIA, is the national body of Architects in the country. The Institute has a major role to play in promoting the profession of architecture by organizing and uniting in fellowship the Architects of India to promote aesthetic, scientific and practical efficiency of the profession both in Practice and in Education. Both our company directors are members of this prestigious body and devote their time in the active interest of IIA.
The Council of Architecture (COA) has been constituted by the Government of India under the provisions of the Architects Act. The Council is charged with registration of Architects throughout India, standards of education, recognized qualifications and standards of practice to be complied with by the practicing architects.At ADYTUM we are proud to have over 30 lifetime members registered with the Council of Architecture.
The Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID) is the only apex body for the field of Interior Design in India. It is a professional body of over 5000 leading interior designers, architects and consultants from all over India. IIID has 19 chapters/centres in the country & is a member of International Federation of Interior Architects and Designers (IFI) and Asia Pacific Space Designers Association (APSDA). We are pioneer members of the Mumbai chapter of IIID.

The ADYTUM team has 3 USGBC and LEED-AP's (accredited professionals) to mentor green design in all our projects.
The Energy and Resources Institute, commonly known as TERI is a research institute focusing in the fields of energy, environment and sustainability, devoted to efficient use of natural resources. TERI is a leading NGO and a global think tank conducting research and analysis in the genres of energy & environment ranging from micro organisms to global climate change. ADYTUM’s research team actively assists TERI in all its Urban design related concerns.
