Parakh Agro offi ce is located on the most signifi cant axis of Pune city which connects Bund garden and Boat club road; one of the most upscale neighborhoods of Pune. This building is located bang opposite the famous Sun & Sand hotel. Adytum was hired as special elevation and skin consultants for the project. We also designed the entire interiors for the offi ce building. The location of the building was the driving force to create an iconic façade for the building. Introduction of elements like horizontal fi ns, glass panels and cut-outs not only gave an interesting pattern on the façade but also allowed day light penetration and a visual connect to the outside while being a part of the work space. The external structural frame makes possible column-free offi ce fl oors.
